RPX June 2009 Monthly Housing Report - Housing Gains Made

Radar Logic's 25-MSA Composite home price index increased 3% in June from the previous month, one of the largest gains during the month of June since the beginning of Radar Logic data in 2000, according to the June 2009 RPX Monthly Housing Market Report released today.

Altos Research - August 2009 Real-Time Housing Report

Altos Research has published its August 2009 housing report.  Some of the highlights of the August 2009 report:

• Through the first half of 2009, listing prices for single family home rose materially in most of the country.
• Available re-sale inventory decreased in 17 of 26 markets and was up in 9 markets.
• The Altos 10-City Composite Index continues to highlight a shift in properties available on the market.
