The negative month-on-month changes in the S&P/Case-Shiller Index are accelerating after a period of deceleration earlier in 2008.

S&P Launches US Condominium Prices

Standard & Poor's announced today that it will launch new indices to track condo prices in Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York and San Francisco.  The first will be released on November 25, 2008 at 9:00 AM.
